Well, so far for Spring Break I have been extremely busy. Even though I don't have any BIG plans (like going skiing or on a cruise...you people suck!) I have been keeping myself occupied while Brad is at work.
On Monday I ran around this house doing all kinds of stuff...unpacking boxes, hanging pictures, printing off pictures for frames, calling about insurance, and then later on I went to Garden Ridge to get some more pictures to hang. They are having this GREAT sale on almost all of their home accent stuff. 50% off! :)
Tuesday was not as productive. It is hard to do anything when the weather is crappy, and believe me...it rained ALL day Tuesday. I just finished unpacking ALL of the boxes and did some laundry. It was exciting to get all the boxes unpacked though!
Then yesterday I once again worked on insurance (we are trying to figure out if we should switch to Brad's instead of using mine) and finished the laundry from Tuesday. Then I took a LONG shower and went to get a pedicure. The last time I got a pedicure...well I can't remember but I know it was for sure before I got pregnant. Yeah...I was in a much need for one. It was quite disturbing to see just how much dead skin she got off my feet. Just what yall wanted to know huh??? :)
Then today I have cleaned all the bathroom, changed/washed the sheets on both beds and now I think I am fixing to get dressed so I can head to the grocery store. And, later tonight Brad's mother and Grandpa will be in town.
I lead such an exciting life don't I?
Yeah it sucks when you see pictures of your friends' spring break trips, but then I think I have it the best. A wonderful husband, an amazing house, a great family, and then of course the best gift of all...a little one on the way.
So yeah, my Spring Break might not be as exciting as everyone else, but I wouldn't change it for anything in the world!
