Yesterday afternoon, I wanted to go to Once Upon a Child to buy a headband for Avery. I have looked elsewhere to try and find one, but everyone that I have found has been too big for her. So, I thought I would try Once Upon a Child to see if they had one that would actually fit.

Brad said something about how they might be closed since it was Sunday, but I told him that they should be open until 7 or so. But...I was wrong. They closed at 5 and we got there at 5:15. Needless to say I didn't get her headband.

Since we couldn't go to Once Upon a Child, we decided we would eat Panda, which was right next door and then go to Target. We both needed a few things and I also wanted to look at window treatments for the guest bedroom.

After getting home, Brad wanted to spend some time in the garage getting everything organized since he got his cabinets from the painters. Avery was asleep in her carrier by this point, so Brad said he would watch her while I clean the kitchen and got everything ready for her bath.

I really feel sorry for Avery. Daddy is going to have her building things and helping him in the garage if she likes it or not.
