Couples Retreat 2010

My parents allowed Brad and I to invite our Bible study group up to the lake house this past weekend for the first ever "Couples Retreat". Basically we just all went up to hang out on the boat, swim in the pool, and play 42/poker into the night. It was a lot of fun to just hang out with our friends without the 100 something (yes I am exaggerating but not by much) kiddos we all have. Here are a few pictures of the weekend...

We all had a BLAST...minus the little mishap on Sunday morning. It is a really long story, so I will try to make it short. Bascially 5 grown men on a boat together have NO common sense and therefore got the ski rope sucked into the propeller of the boat. Us girls had to come resuce them with the truck and trailer after being stranded in the middle of the lake for a while. Yes the boat is just fine (running better than before actually) and no one was hurt. Praise be to God for that! :)

Thank you again for everything Mom and Dad! It was truley a weekend that NONE of us will forget!
