Avery didn't make it very long shopping though. After a few stores, she started getting cranky (probably because she NEVER slept the night before...or any other night for that matter...). So, around 12:30 we headed back home to eat some lunch and to put her down for a nap. She ended up sleeping for over two hours! This is normal at home in Texas, but for some reason she wasn't able to sleep all that well when we were up there.
After Avery woke up, I wanted to head out to A-Basin to take a few pictures of Brad skiing for the first time. Once we got there, we had to wait a few minutes for the boys to ski down the mountain and meet us.
As you can see, we had to wait a lot longer than we expected to, but it was okay because Avery was having fun watching all the skiers go past her. She also liked throwing snow at Aunt Allison and Mommy!
Finally we saw the boys skiing down the hill...
Once Daddy and Uncle Taylor got to the bottom, they were ready to sit down and rest for a bit...
Avery just played with Daddy's poles while he rested...
Then it was time to take a few pictures before the boys went back up to do one more run.
After they guys skied back down, Allison and Taylor decided we should go all the way up the mountain to Loveland Pass. This is where the continental divide is located....which mean REALLY goo picture opportunity. 
Ladd, Ashley, James, and Bethany were all coming over that night to play Pictionary and to eat dinner with us, so we headed home to take showers and get ready. Around 7:30 they all came over and we enjoyed eating chicken and steak kabobs, corn on the knob and fresh bread before busting out the Pictionary. Of course James and Bethany killed everyone else...but we all had fun. After everyone left around 11:00, it was off to bed!
